- On the first day working in Restaurant Mari Singgah, I was very happy to see all the staff. This is because i had been so long didn't see them. They welcoming me so well. 
- However it was, the Restaurant has been growth so well. In the afternoon, it was full with people for having their lunch, and I was working as a serving crew. - On my second day working, I start my shift in the morning till night. This is because my manager ask me to start my shift like other employees and I was agree because I enjoy my work and want earn more experience.
- As a serving crew, i had detected that majority customer will order some dishes know as a trademark for this restaurant. For example Nasi Goreng Mari Singgah.

- On the third day working, I was come so earlier around 6.45am at the same time my manager come on that time and ask me to open the store. It was my weakness because I'm not really good by open the store and it could be take time. 
- During the lunch time, I had served a regular customer that love to try all the menu on this restaurant. - On the fourth day working, there is nothing to do, I just do my usual work by served customer. After make sure all the customer have their food and serve well, I take seat and observe all the things. 
- This restaurant has growth well and divided by two side which is outdoor and indoor. - On my fifth day working, my manager ask me to be a drink maker because one of the staff take emergency leave than I replacing her. It was my first time to do this job and also take time to make sure all the drink are ready to serve.

- On Day 6, It was very busy because too many people come on that restaurant. Starting from morning till evening. My work by served people are non stop and also had to be runner to help my friend to be a drink maker by doing a rotation system. 
- On my observation, this restaurant are running so well day by day. And the management also doing well. Even though, it have a problem such as less of raw material, staff and so on. - On Day 7, there is a new staff came in. We had welcoming her so well too. This staff has a very good experience compare with me. This is because she have worked as serving crew, drink maker, dishwasher, chef assistant and so on. So that, we only ask her to do this thing without teach because she already know the scope. My manager like the way she make a soup because it delicious.

- On Day 8, I currently do my job scope by serving customer. However, there is nothing i had so much do. But, I had detected some dishes on this menu through this restaurant that I also didn't now it exist. This is because not all customer will order this dishes on that menu. - On my second last day, I still do my job by serving customer. However, on that day there is not so busy and it just like a warm situation. Staff has doing their work, customer enjoyed their meal, my manager has settle down the stock of raw material and so on.

- On my last day work at this restaurant, I usually do my work and also having fun with other staff. At the end of the day, there is a little farewell party between me and all staff include my manager for my practical siep in 10 days working with them.
