         <description><![CDATA[<div><mark>15/09/2017</mark><br>Props meeting. At this meeting we mainly discussed the specifics of what props we will use and where we can get them sourced from i.e. lecturers, placement, companies. We also Spoke about the use of posters and sourcing these from companies will to donate them or from posters that are no longer used in our placement practices. The last thing we discussed was the order in which we will be presenting and the flow of the presentation, who will be talking and when and if we could make it so its not just chopping and changing from person to persona and it had a flow to it.<br>Next meeting scheduled for 02/10/2017</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><mark>02/10/2017</mark><br>Progress update and final meeting before placement block. In this meeting we spoke about the collection of resources for the presentation, The use of Padlet for putting all of our information into and for using when presenting and how we are planning to set it all out. We spoke about the specific contents within the presentation for each person such as specifically what treatments I was going to talk about, or what breeds Elsa was going to talk about. This was also when the youtube account was made for our group and all of the information regarding this was posted onto Moodle.<br>Next meeting scheduled for during the placement block via Facebook, Skype or an appropriate social media.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><mark>09/12/2017</mark><br>In this meeting we discussed how everyone was getting on with their presentations, how the gathering of props was going and how everyone felt about their topics. At this Facebook meeting we also spoke about what we would be wearing on the day to ensure we are all matching and that we didn't all just show up uncoordinated.We spoke about some team member struggling to find videos for use in their powerpoint and how some members have deviated from their original topic due to lack of information available to use in the presentation or it no loner fitting into the presentation.<br>Next meeting scheduled for&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><mark>07/11/2017<br></mark>Discussed props and sources, we also got an update from the present team members about how they were getting on with their presentation and if they were needing any additional support from the fellow team members.<br><mark>24/11/2017<br></mark>Spoke about interactive elements for the stand ad how these would be incorporated into the presentation and some ideas for these, also had a conversation about the use of a feedback form for the audience after we have presented.<br><mark>27/11/2017</mark><br>Further ideas for the stand and how these would logistically work, giving each other advice and ideas for the others stands.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><mark>18/01/2018</mark><br>This meeting was scheduled to carry out the peer review on another group in the class, we all had separate input into the feedback we gave and Louise Nally had the duty of typing out and submitting this for the full group, she carried this out and submitted the feedback that night after class.          <description><![CDATA[<div><mark>24/012018</mark><br>Discussion and review of the feedback we received from our peer review and how we all feel we could improve on out presentation for the final day. We spoke about condensing powerpoint and taking out unnecessary words when we could have prompts on the slide instead of all of the information we had gathered, to not rely on the use of notecards and not to read off of the cards if we do not have these we should know the information we are talking about off of the tops our heads.<br>Next meeting scheduled for&nbsp;30/01/2018</div>]]></description>

We then disused ways to shorten the length of the presentation as our was over the time limit of 30 at 34 minutes overall.
