Apart from that I feel that I have manage to stay enthusiastic throughout my JA experience despite me wanting to be a keyboardist and not a tech in particular. I still did my job genuinely and to the best of my ability. Moreover, I feel that I managed to break out of my shell a little and was able to communicate with my batch be it coms or not. I helped and gave my input in areas that are not tech related. I build up moral when some of my batch mates were down. Most importantly, I feel that I've always stayed enthusiastic as a Tech even though I wanted to be a keyboardist in JA. I didn't let that stop me from doing my task and duties with genuine enthusiasm. This is because I feel like I am in control of the whole production which in turn allows me to be more vocal of what I want to convey in the story that is going to be told. 

I think that I have done well in:
- Getting the Media and Tech team to work together.
- Getting my Creative Director to step up
- Allowing opportunities for my Assistant Director, Creative Director, Head Techs and Media to express their ideas. 
- allowing the progress of the storyline, along with my team.

In addition to that, I was more vocal about my ideas which could help the production progress further. 

The areas I've done well in (including my current and past positions) are:
- Bouncing off potential ideas for the poster design
- Coming up with a raw/ draft vision of what the poster should have or portray (which Dana brought to life)
- Coming up with ideas on the 10-15s acting scenes which would aid the storytelling process during the performances
