This assignment details my ability to identify a target audience, workshop details, learner outcomes, purpose, and assessment and evaluation documents. The summative evaluation is listed with specific detailed directions for the learner and explains how the assessment will be evaluated using a rubric. Research was used to create the documents, and provide support to my assignment.

As an instructional coach, I will be able to determine what assessments and evaluations are best based off of learner needs. I understand what assessments and evaluations need to include to provide effective feedback.

This assignment shows my ability to use data to identify strengths and weaknesses of an organization, causes of the strengths and weaknesses, an ability to create goals for my organization, and strategies to attain them. Research was used to identify valid resources to support organizational strategies.

This assignment also shows my ability to reflect and explain the details in my process of identifying components of my organization improvement plan, rationale for decisions in my organization improvement plan, as well as, my role as an instruction coach in the plan. 

As an instructional coach, I will be able to use data to identify my organizations strengths and weakeness and create a plan for improvement.

This assignment shows my ability to assess the needs of learners and create a valuable professional development workshop that aligns instructional strategies, an instructional category, an adult learning theory that is best for my learners. 

Lastly, through developing this assignment and professional development, I am also developing myself personally. Everything constructed in this assignment was supported through research, which helped to guide my rational and decision-making process.

As an instructional coach, I will be able to provide effective professional development to my learners based on their specific needs. I will also continuously learn about my role in order to promote a growth mindset.

Through extensive research, I was able to find and elaborate on multiple examples of instructional strategies that would best support adult learners in each category. This assignment also entails how each instructional category, and instructional strategy meets the needs of adult learners.  Lastly, I detailed how each category aligned with a specific adult learning theory and instructional model.

As an instructional coach, I will be able to identify and successfully implement the best instructional strategies for coachees based upon their learning needs.

The technology was self-directed and self-selected, detailed instructions on the adult learner lesson was provided, along with a link to the actual assignment. 

As an instructional coach I will be able to create instructional plans for coachees, that is engaging and uses technology to meet learner needs.
