So here's my list in order:

  1. Morocco (in Northwestern Africa), and due to my love for falafel and other delicious foods from this region of the World, such as falafel. Plus, my wife's son and sister-in-law who live in Portland, OR visited Marrakesh on their honeymoon and said it was some of the most amazing and delicious foods they've ever eaten.

  2. Portugal (in Western Europe), and my most desired destination spot to vacation one day in the near future, and to possibly live in a very expatriate-friendly country during my retirement years

  3. Greece (in Southern Europe), and due to their delicious Mediterranean foods and fresh seafood

  4. India (in Southern Asia), and due to my love for curries and vegan/vegetarian foods

  5. Thailand (in Southern Asia), and due to my desire to travel to this destination, especially to Bangkok, for their food, culture, and gorgeous country sides and oceans

  1. Lasagne and Manicotti (I LOVE Italian food the most of any ethnicity - I can eat pasta every day and not get sick of it)

  1. Cinnamon Rolls / Caramel Sticky Buns (this is one of my all time favorite sweet dishes)

  2. Tikka Masala (Indian food - I have never made this before but am excited to try it)

  3. Chicken & Beef Fajitas (on the Blackstone grills outside of the Classroom)

  4. Soups (such as Potato Cheddar, Minestrone, or Chicken Tortilla)

  5. Consolation food dishes: Cheesecake, Tiramasu, Macaroni & Cheese, Homemade Pizza, Spanikopita, Homemade Pasta, and Swedish Meatballs)
