I didn't spend much time demonstrating instructional techniques which I think is a reflection of the time it took for trust building this year. I am not thrilled with this, because I think the most impactful thing to do is coaching. My schedule this year has been so strained by the large number of meetings that it is difficult to even have time to thoroughly plan for meetings. Spent a lot of time organizing and adapting JEPD, although meetings were canceled often. PLCs were stronger this year. Leadership Team support was stronger as well as opportunities to provide PD.
