AdminProject is a platform that helps NGOs and partners involved in Erasmus+ projects and other programs manage them.

- Assign task to the partners;

- Initiate discussions;

- Use file manager, so you don’t need G’drive;

- Evaluate and monitor IOs, using time-sheets (according to each partner country cost, as it is in E+Guide);

- Have more efficient monitoring of dissemination. Here all the partners can share links, pictures, information about the impact, target groups and numbers of participants involved. It also calculates total numbers. If you need this info for your Final report or Intermediary Report, you can generate a report from here and to send it to NA.

- Create evaluation survey. We used it after our KOM, and it was fantastic to have all the results shared in real time with partners. This survey is easy to make, and there are different types of questions – Yes or No, Multiple choice (e.g. very good, good, normal, bad, very bad), text boxes where partners can leave their suggestions.

 Now, let the work begin. Project tabs in AdminProject include:

1. Intellectual Outputs: here you can enter all the IOs with Start date and End date, Description, Task, Language (you can choose some) and Media, similar to the form.

2. LTT Activities: here you can add all types of LTT, Duration, no of pax, and if necessary - pax with special needs. You can also add partners who are a part of the activity.

3. Multiplier Events: you can add ME with name and period. Then, if you go deeper, you can write what IO covers, Venue, Start and End Date. You also have a text dialog box where you can write a short description of the ME.

4. You can see the Gantt Chart according to the activities you planned, as well as tasks in the Calendar. 

Other things I like about AdminProject platform:

1. You can plan meetings with your team in AdminProject, so again - no need for Google calendar.

2. You can add members from each partner and assign tasks to them.

3. You can use a project template (this is nice).

4. In the footer you can add the logo of the project.

5. You can also use it for KA1 projects – it will help you overview the project.

6. They have a fast answering team: I sent one email with 3-4 questions and got response in a few minutes. Great job! 

Some weaknesses:

1. The platform is not compatible with a phone application.

2. In standard pricing you have only 2 project opportunities. 

I really recommend it, as it is user-friendly and makes your life easy as a project coordinator!!!
