Examples on how to promote physical health and wellness include encouraging hand washing, encouraging students to cover their mouths when they cough or sneeze but also leading by example and doing this as well. The article also mentions that tissues and hand sanitizer can also be readily available. Teachers should also recognize signs of sickness as early as possible. The CDC also advises that students should not be rewarded with junk food and that they should also have water bottles as a way to encourage hydration. </div>]]></description>
