P - Socially isolated individuals with minimal interactions. He could have been bullied and begin to be anti social thus he had to find others ways to fill that social gap of interaction with other sex.
N - Due to him being anti social, it could caused him to be in a depressed state, due to not having another interaction and low self esteem because no one wanna around him.

N- low self esteem might be the core issue where they might not have the opportunity to pursue the opposite sex and they use this to satisfy themselves.

According to Eysenck’s three components of personality, offenders who commit voyeurism may be characterized by having high levels of Extraversion, low levels of Neuroticism, and moderately high levels of Psychoticism.

Extraversion can be associated with individuals who are impulsive and lack self-control. These voyeurs may be seeking out opportunities to observe others in order to satisfy their own needs and desires. These individuals may be unable to contain their urges even when presented with the potential consequences of their actions.

Neuroticism can be associated with individuals who are emotionally unstable, anxious and prone to negative emotions. Voyeurs may have low levels of Neuroticism, indicating that they are not easily overwhelmed by emotions and are able to maintain composure in a variety of situations.

Psychoticism can be associated with individuals who are impulsive and lack empathy, and who may be willing to exploit others for their own benefit. Voyeurs may have moderately high levels of Psychoticism, indicating that they are able to engage in activities that may be considered socially unacceptable, while still maintaining a degree of control and understanding of social norms. Voyeurs can be seen as anti-socials which can explain why they might engage in voyeurism. 

Overall, voyeurs may be characterized by having high levels of Extraversion, low levels of Neuroticism, and moderately high levels of Psychoticism, indicating that they are likely to be impulsive, emotionally stable, and lack empathy for their victims.

According to the PEN model, high extroversion leads them to have high sensations and thrill-seeking behaviours. This leads them to commit the crime there is a possibility of getting caught as the picture is valued as a "trophy" for their crime. From a cultural view, toxic masculinity may have aided a dominant aspect of extroversion which views themselves as superior to women therefore not seeing a women's consent and agency.
Neuroticism some offenders may have experienced peer rejection or have poor interpersonal relations. Male offenders may have difficulty relating to women or having their intimacy needs met in an age-appropriate way. Thus having low self-esteem and emotional instability.

One interventions that can be used are cognitive-behavioural therapy. 

Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy that helps individuals identify and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to their misconduct. CBT aims to help individuals become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and to learn healthier coping strategies and communication skills to prevent future misconduct.

N- most of the voyeurs are professionals i.e. doctors, teachers, might be socially awkward or has low self-esteem, less to no social interactions and do not know how to approach ppl whom they might find attractive to them

The offender has to also play his part to desistance such as social controls, interactionist. There are many ways a offender can seek help. Its just not after-care that is required but follow up with the them accordingly to see their improvement. I think a better psy report could provide a better insides on his behaviour. I believe a psychologist usually diagnose what they are facing and thus we can create a course of help. Social help is also important, such as getting into AA groups and sharing their desires and how such desires can be overcome. Than again porn is available now in mobile phones and anyway, not like last time need to use VCR. So temptations are everywhere.
