Each class visited the Streatham War Memorial to pay their respects and join together in prayer for the fallen. Many parents came along to share this moment with us. Each class also took part in a special prayer and liturgy to mark the occasion.

World Day of the Poor

We marked World Day of the Poor with a special assembly led by the Pupil Chaplaincy Team. Children came to school in mufti and donated £1 to CAFOD, helping us raise over £370. Each class also took part in a dedicated prayer and liturgy, and the children wrote thoughtful prayers for those living in poverty around the world.

The School Council represented St Andrew's at the Archdiocese End of Jubilee Year Celebrations. It was wonderful to reflect on our journey as a school, especially on all our collective fundraising and charity work. We are so proud of all we have achieved and how we've out our faith into action this year!

Our St Andrew’s Day celebrations were a wonderful reminder of the joy and togetherness at the heart of our school community. Although St Andrew’s Day falls on 30th November, we marked the occasion today with a range of fun and meaningful activities - from baking delicious Scottish shortbread to bringing the story of St Andrew to life through drama re-enactments. We concluded our feast day festivities with a very special Mass shared by the whole school, joined by members of the Governing Board and some of our parents. A heartfelt thank you to Fr Paul from English Martyrs Church for leading us in prayer and helping make the day so memorable.
