         <title>I am very honest with my experiences with mental health issues....I am challenged with depression, anxiety and bouts of insomnia. I think that my major disorder is depression and the others symptoms of that; also, within my family, substance abuse is prevalent. I do think that this, too, stems from depression as many in my family line (old school) were hesitant to admit mental health issues (because of stigmas of the past) and thusly attempted to self-medicate rather than get actual help.</title>
