My name was not a family name. I actually was named after a television show character coach "Hayden Fox". During an episode they decided then that whether I were a boy or girl, that would be my name.

Dislike or Like?

Growing up I really did not like my name. I remember being envious of just about every other girl I met because of their name. I was made fun of regularly by boys because I "had a boys' name". Now, I love my name. I do not see my "different" name as a bad thing but instead as something very unique and special. Although my name is becoming more and more popular as time progresses, I am proud of my name and that I started off as one of the few because I still consider my name rare.
