Close to this time, different species of animal were domesticated, like sheeps, goats and cattles. Each one could provide differents benefits for humans, like goats, that provided milk, meat, and hides. Sheeps provided wool, milk, and meat, wich revolutionized clothing, giving humans warm and durable textiles for colder regions. Cattles became essential for milk, meat, leather, and labor, they enhanced agriculture by pulling plows and carts, enabling bigger food and resources production on the camp.

Next to this time, two different species were domesticated, each of them with different functions on human life. Pigs were domesticated thinking of their meat and food resources and for their adaptability to the ambients, also their meat was able to thrive on different diets. Also the cats were domesticated by this time, from the African wildcat, thinking especially to being a natural pest controller, protecting grains storages from rodents, especially rats, and after they started also being a cute companion. Some theories affirm that cats were domesticated even before and that they were treated like gods by the egypticians.

This time was really marked by the domestication of animals used for mount, like the horses, donkeys and mules. The domestication of horses transformed human mobility, warfare, and trade. by the form that it connected distant societys and also transformed the courses of civilizations. The donkeys also were really important, especially for the commerce, supporting trade and agriculture, they were vital package mounts, especially on arid regions, by the capacity of carrying heavy loads over long distances. The mules, hybrids from horses and donkeys, was one of the first intentional crossing of different species of the humanity, and the results were equids stronger than donkeys, more enduring than horses, and highly intelligent, which made them start to be common in some populations.

This times were marked for domestication of other mounts, like the camels and reindeers, each one being domesticated by different populations, since the camels were mounts used on the deserts, being crucial to ancient trade routes like the Silk Road, on the other hand, the reindeers also provided transport, but for the colder regions's people, especially on the northern, sustaining life on the extreme environment, but they also provided milk and food when necessary.

The other big mark was the domestication of different speceis of birds, like the chickens, ducks and turkeys.
