1. There are fundamental differences between men and women that are features of their very existence. These differences persist across time and are common across cultures.

2. He is an essentialist，he think there are fundamental differences between men and women that are features of their very existence.
His ontological position corresponds to essentialism that explains the gender differences stem from primal conditions including biological factors and evolutionary psychology.

3.

Feminism is a range of socio-political movements and ideologies that aim to define and establish the political, economic, personal, and social equality of the sexes. They think the differences between genders are not essential differences but are particular to a given culture and time. They are that product of male dominance, which shapes the culture and values of society and affects patterns of socialisation and perpetuates [continues] gender inequality.

I don't think feminism is about fairness. It's more about a group of people who think women are superior.

4.

For me，I prefer to the John Gray view，I think it does exist some differences between male and female.

Both. It is undeniable that men and women have physical/psychological differences. For instance, women excel in most linguistic activities. But it does not mean that gender differences and gender roles are defined by only inherent elements. The vestige of social values still exist in societies. For example, stereotypes on occuaption such as people incline to recall soldiers' impression as a male and secretaries' impressions as a female.

Answers to the 3rd question's 2nd answer: Feminism may have started as a fight for women's rights, but it has become deformed. What society needs is stability and order. Because feminists play the role of "creating social conflicts and contradictions," they are fundamentally unlikely to be respected by society. It doesn't matter how old feminism is; No matter how powerful feminism may seem at a given stage of social development, it is still not accepted by mainstream society. However, women who hold feminist ideas can hardly be respected by others themselvesThe feminist trend of thought arising from the West, its essence is to encourage women to fight for power with men.
Women who believe in feminism are already easy to become troublemakers in society. However, in today's Chinese society, radical feminists try to go further, infinitely expand the scope of "women's rights", try to override men, create gender confrontation, and trigger various social and family conflicts.

1.According to Dr. John Gray, Men and women are physiologically different. These differences affect how we communicate.
2.Essentialist apporach
3.Feminism is an interdisciplinary approach to issues of equality and equity based on gender, gender expression, gender identity, sex, and sexuality as understood through social theories and political activism.John Gary's apporach just come from the underlying aspect of gender and lack of reality.
4.I consider the Marx's view is more objective and more convincing, because his theory always connect with the development of economy of society, and list more evidence to reveal the fact of the feminism.

1.
The author believed that men and women are seen differently based on their main features of existence. In addition, one difference is that men and women treat stress differently. Men often remain silent when facing stress, while women become overwhelmed and emotional.

2. The approach he is talking about is essentialists. He believes that differentiating between men and women should be based on their main features.

3. Feminism is the belief in equality for all social, political, and economic systems. Feminism believed that the difference between men and women is socially constructed. They are built based on their culture where the male is perceived to be dominant in society.

4.
I think both views are important however, I believed more in the author's POV. To differentiate both genders, it is important to understand their features. Also over time, the dominant male is seen to be valuable towards the society that made women inferior to men.
