Lenin had said that Stalin was the more dangerous man, but he was able to use his political maneuvering and cunning tactics to get rid of anyone who threatened his power. He used other leaders to chase Trotsky out of Russia, but after he got rid of Trotsky, he turned on the people who helped him. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stalin used a lot of propaganda, if you were in the USSR at the time, you would never hear a single bad thing about Stalin. all of the news outlets were controlled by the government, so it was very very rare to get any accurate information about the USSR or any foreign countries. Propaganda gave him complete control over a part of a country and helped make him a totalitarian dictator. </div>]]></description>
