I love my culture! One way I express my love for it is through dance, I've been hmong dancing for roughly 2 years now. Not only am I a dancer but I'm also a coach of a little girl dance team, I love dance with all my heart. It's not only a hobby but more of a passion on my end.

As mentioned in my first journal session, this is Paula my other half AKA my other "P". I deeply care and love Paula, she always homes me when needed, always takes care of me as a friend, and is a great advice giver! She never fails to be blunt towards me when she feels like something is off about a situation I tell her. I'm truly grateful for her!

My second brother, no matter how naughty he means the absolute world to me. Genji, he's currently 3 yeats old, I raised him from day one! He definitely has my temper, but when he cries I cannot help but to cry with him. I remember being stuck in the ER for 4 hours because his arm wasn't feeling great, when I moved away he called for my name. I truly love and adore my baby brother, he will always be a baby to me regardless how old he gets. Technically, I'm his second mommy, haha.

Throwback to my Oklahoma trip, 2023 in the summer. This day was the best, we hiked a long this amazing trail and stopped for ice cream! Definitely a core memory with all my cousins, aunts, uncles, everyone.

This is a Honda model, no, I don't drive yet but this car model is super important to me! 2023, September 2nd my cousin Joni who was a graduating senior had passed away due to an attempt, I remember how much he loved his car. It was like a baby to him, he cherished that car from the start until the end. The car still lives in Oklahoma, seeing it the model - I hope that wherever he could be, that he's full of happiness and love.

Besides dancing, I love to do abstract, messy, creative art! I, personally think it shows greatly on my English project from last year when we had to create a dystopia. I loved working with eyeshadows, the contrast of dark and pastel colors.

My sisters from another mister and mommy, haha I call these girls my dance sisters. They've all grown together with me for around a year, they've seen all sides of me. They never fail to help or even give advice when it comes to academics, labeled as the "baby of our dance team" - the bond I have with these girls are truly incredible, I would never ever replace these girls. These girls absolutely mean the world to me, they're all super important in my eyes, contributing to my "character growth".

I find great pride in doing makeup! Fun fact, I never knew how to do makeup properly until I started dancing competitively. Makeup is definitely a form of self expression and I love every aspect of it. I have a super specific brush given from my auntie, her name is Tang. We've been close since birth, despite our 10 year age gap, she's like a mom, sister, and role model to me. That's why I love doing my makeup so much, every time I do it - I get flashbacks to when she used to practice makeup on me.

ASB is definitely one of the most major and ongoing events in my life, this path has taught me so much. I'm super grateful for Mrs. Pierce our activities director, she's so understanding, always willing to hear other perspectives, genuinely a great person. I definitely have developed a lot thanks to her! I will always be grateful for ASB entering my life, I love it with all my heart. I believe that I am a made and born leader and ASB shows those aspects.

My first EVER brother, his name is Eren. He's 5 years old and currently in kindergarten, he's super sweet and always willing to talk to you. I remember this one night where I was sobbing and he came to ask me, "Palmy, are you okay?", after her asked me I started laughing. I truly am so grateful for Eren, he has great manners and is super caring towards everyone. He's super social and is always willing to talk to anyone, he's a MAJOR person in my life. I love my brothers, haha if you can't tell. They're both super important in my life!
