There are 202 people in total and there’s 60 tents. In each tent, there’s either 2 or 4 people.
IN order to get the answer, my group and I guessed and checked a number by multiplying it by 4(signifying the amount of people for that amount of tents), subtracting the answer from 202(total amount of people), and checking if that number is twice the number of tents left. We tried 39, 40, 50, and 41. Once we finished all the steps above with 41, we got the number 19 which is the answer. You can find the evidence on my other comment along with my other teammates.
