Ethics plays a vital role in teaching and learning, because it helps to set standards that are applicable and beneficial both to teachers and students.  Ethics helps to protect the interest of the learner and the educator. Thus, Ethics is fundamental in the process of teaching because it innovates moral principles that governs a person’s behavior. Teacher’s sets the example and leadership where they molded the students knowledge, integrity and behavior and that contributes to the students learning, development and moral. Ethics has also become important in education, because education is a fundamental process of human life. Therefore, ethics is very important subject in education. We can easily reach all knowledge by technology. In education using technology reveals some ethical problems such as plagiarism. In order to understand the importance of ethics, ethics should be placed as a course in educational system. As a teacher we need to ensure that everyone in the class is made to participate. Conduct here is to involve everyone present in the class. Requirements or material used for a particular session requires pre work to make session productive to save time or minimize overheads. Don't deviate too much from the main goal i.e. clearing the concepts related to a concept. Experiential Learning (EL) is just a small part in the learning cycle, over-emphasis to it leads in wasting huge time. Topics/concepts to be chosen for EL need to be sorted out before session start. This helps in optimization.

Ethics is a person's moral principles. It governs ones beliefs, behavior and convictions to what is right and what is wrong. Teaching requires moral standards that are acceptable by the society. A teacher must be honest and with integrity. An educator must also be fair to everyone. Teaching is not just providing kids knowledge. In teaching, ethics is vital because it serves as a beacon of guiding light towards students and other people. At present, we are surrounded with norms and other regulations which may overwhelm once understanding of such and control the courses of actions of people. With ethics being taught or being coupled with every learning activity, people will have a chance to reflect and analyze whether or not the decisions and deeds which they implement in their lives benefit so much whatever values they embrace as individuals. Ethics in teaching influence educators to stay on a direct path towards leading with purpose and significance. It may radiate a sense of standard but once a lot of people follow such then it becomes a natural part of existence.

Ethics in learning or simply learning ethics are both essential to every learner. It magnifies a future leader or educator as well. Ethics could mold students to become wise in every action towards learning. It helps them preserve whatever values they have acquired from their families and even from school. It gives learners a chance to become productive citizens of the country by being ethically-guided individuals. It supports the honing of affective domain besides those under cognitive and psychomotor.
