Some females have to go out and find a honeybee, they then paralyze it with a precise sting to the neck. Then it is taken back to the queen and the queen lays an egg on that bee.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe that this behavior is beneficial because it can help the overall survival of at least a few organisms. If you look at ducks it is the duckling's instinct to follow their mother so they would be safe. This can also be seen in other species, like humans. I know I used to follow my mom around when I didn't know anybody at a party and I still do but not as often.</div>]]></description>
