Diets usually say that at night it is not advisable to eat some type of carbohydrate. It is important to say that a banana has the same calories in the day and at night.</div><div>The question we should ask is if my body and my hormones are the same in the morning and at night?</div><div>According to the diet doctor, William Arias says no.</div><div>"There is something called the circadian cycle, it is a behavior that our body has throughout the day, we are some by day and others by night"</div><div>The ideal is to consume food depending on the energy we spend, at night before bedtime it is important to consume light and low calorie foods to take care of our weight and have a better quality of sleep.</div><div>Eating carbohydrates at night can help you sleep better by reducing stress hormones such as cortisol and by increasing serotonin, which help you feel relaxed and sleepy.</div>]]></description>

If you come from the old protocol of eating 6 times a day, fasting will cost you more work. Try to learn to recognize hunger and eat only when your body asks</div><div>.</div><div>4. Exercise.
