- Many employees not satisfied salary hikes.
- Freshers salaries does not look good and not matching with their education.
- No proper promotions at least in development teams.

- Experience wise promotions.  Employee should not thing about his development.  If promotions not possible to all, at least give good hike if an employee experience increases.
- Rules introduced are only favors company most of the time. 
- Internal transfer should have same kind of benefits to all the teams.  Here it depends on managers decision which is not at all good.
