  • When meeting or overtaking a bus on a different roadway.
  • For a bus going in the opposite direction on a highway with four or more lanes.
  • When a bus is stopped in a loading zone where students are not permitted to cross the road.

  • These rules tell the driver who gets to go and who must wait.

  • If you are caught speeding in a construction zone you could be fined a minimum of $250 for a first offense. 
  • Use the same care whether passing another car, pedestrian or cyclist.

    • On a CITY street with a wide enough street.

    • Upon any highway outside of a city with unobstructed pavement of sufficient width and clearly marked for four or more lanes. 
  • In no event shall such movement be made by driving off the road (shoulder)!
