         <description><![CDATA[<div>I too was once that student. Determined to avoid group work by any means necessary. I never enjoyed depending on others to develop ideas, when I can easily do the work alone. But as an instructor, I am constantly pushing for group activities. I enjoy watching students bounce ideas off one another including the intimate yet educational moments shared throughout the class. Watching students open up and converse with one another to complete tasks has been a joy. Groups force students to self-educate and learn from their peers. I let go and allow learners to explore the topic on their own. At their pace and in their way. Overall it’s a <em>forced</em> yet positive experience.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
