         <title>Personal Self-Care Strategies </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>There is a heavy reliance on what we can do to help ourselves and prevent burnout. Part of that comes from a willingness to take care of yourself in order to be a better "YOU" for others. As I progress into this term, I will make sure to get in exercise at minimum three times a week. I also plan to spend quiet time whether it be outside walking my pups or in a place of worship. Most of all, I will continue to be there for my family. Even if its commiting 30-45 minutes a day. This will prevent myself from feeling like I am disconnected from my home unit, which is most important. </p>]]></description>
