A connection I made was with a fellow colleague about how we are doing a bit more as the year progresses. 
Another connection inside was with a secondary principal with regards to working with my campus on meeting some of the needs.

I connected with the importance of hiring well to prevent problems later.  I also reflected with strategies for using data to find out which students are very close to the next performance band and/or not meeting their growth goals.
