When we are arguing about a topic such as politics that I know very little bit about, I have tons of confidence behind my statements. However when we discuss english which is my best subject, I have little confidence and continue to doubt myself. This is an example of ignorance is bliss.

- confirmation bias- you only remember things that support your opinion or belief
-gullibility: Ignorance in being gullible to anything someone you trust may say
- for example balance bracelets. There is no science behind it but if your friends do it and say it works to typically will too.
-ignorance is bliss when it comes to responsibilities. I don't talk to my mom about finances and not knowing that situation and that she is in charge of it is bliss for me.

We cannot always rely on inductive reasoning. This due to the fast decision of always jumping to conclusions without reliable evidence. Conclusions are usually not justified from one bad experience. "Sometimes even well-established generalizations can let us down." This is due to the lack of evidence supporting the issue.
