Received on 9/6/2019.<br><br>This was mainly for our other vendor but this will be a helpful reminder that for relabel for relabel actions, you should only be relabeling and not reply and relabeling.<br><br>Wanted to give you guys a quick update that when an agent relabels a ticket to Refund Escalation, the One Agent claim is now cleared from the ticket. <br><br>Here's a before and after scenario where Agent A is a regular agent and Agent B is a Refund Escalation agent.<br><br>Before:<br>-Customer writes in<br>-Agent A responds<br>-Customer responds<br>-Agent A realizes that the customer needs a &gt;60 day refund, Agent A used to relabel to Refund  Escalation<br>-Agent B could not grab the ticket because it was still under Agent A's One Agent claim for 72  hours from when the customer last responded<br><br>After:<br>-Customer writes in<br>-Agent A responds<br>-Customer responds<br>-Agent A realizes that the customer needs a &gt;60 day refund, Agent A used to relabel to Refund  Escalation<br>-Agent B now sees and can handle the ticket because the One Agent claim has been removed<br><br>Failure to comply with your commitment and given action plan will lead to progressive disciplinary action.<br><br>---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------<br><br>Discussed about product inquiry </div>]]></description>
