This question of self doubt has always been a huge part of me, especially when met with a crisis or criticism (often constructive.) Hearing the word "observation" sends a deep feeling of anxiety and panic. However upon further reflection I have realised that all of that is a fixed mindset. As one of my student once said to me Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
Having taken on various tasks, I have developed a growth mindset of reflecting on the negatives and always ready to make them into a positive, regardless of how much time I fail at it. Even when I am ready to quit I rely heavily on my Win family to reassure me that YES YOU CAN. And so I pick myself up and do it!

In a growth mindset, people believe that their most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work—brains and talent are just the starting point. This view creates a love of learning and a resilience that is essential for great accomplishment. Virtually all great people have had these qualities.
Teaching a growth mindset creates motivation and productivity in the world of  education, and sports. It enhances relationships.  We need to believe in our students and ensure  to give  opportunities to enhance their skills and capacities. Let's lead by examples. We will see our students shine in success in future.
