         <description><![CDATA[<div>I de fleste jobber er de vanligste arbeidsstillingene sittende, stående eller på huk, på knærne eller knelende.<br>konsekvensene av sittende arbeid kan være for stor belastning på rygg, nakke og armer. <br>Når man står har man større bevegelsesfrihet enn når man sitter, men her er det også konsekvenser. Av stående arbeid blir leddene og blodsirkulasjonen i beina belastet og hvis man står på arbeidsplassen bør man sette seg ned regelmessig.<br>I arbeid der man sitter på huk eller på knærne blir knærne belastet. Når man arbeider i slike posisjoner øker sjansen for slitasjegikt i knærne. Man kan også bli plaget av muskel-/skjelletplager i rygg og nakke.</div>]]></description>
