         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) 'the best decisions are always made alone'. write about a few occaions you found this to be untrue.<br><br>paragraph 1: in life, many big decisions are made alone. this is because it a result of an individuals personal beliefs and this may cloud judgement. hence we think that most decisions are not better off when made alone.<br><br>paragraph 2: it may be beneficial to have an outside opinion in your decision making, though sometimes having a different person can result in conflicting ideas or interest. this will lead to the requirement of compromise on certain decisions, which promotes character growth.<br><br>paragraph 3: for example; in a political setting, all decisions made as a whole by the government undergo voting and veto-ing from the collective party represnentation. this goes to show that a single person should not and does not have the authority to make such big decisions.&nbsp;<br><br>paragraph 4: similarly, in a more domesticated setting, decisions that a person would deem to be 'life-changing' usually are important ones, which require a lot of contemplation due to the fact tht it is an important decision. in circumstances such as these, having an outside opinion to serve as devil's advocate can be beneficial in choosing the best course of action.<br><br>paragraph 5: hence, the best decisions are not often made alone, but rather when there are conflicting opinions or interests. this provides insight into different point of views and will result in a better decision made overall. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>

The world does not only revolve around me and me alone. I am not alone in this world, and my actions and decisions made alone will cause a huge domino chain of reactions.<br><br>Para 2: (1st occasion: choosing the subjects you want to study without consulting your parents) I disregarded my parents' views and chose the path without even telling them. This caused them to be mad as they did not understand my choice and would have better understood my actions if I actually took time to explain my decision to them.<br><br>Para 3: (2nd occasion: choosing to juggle studies and work) I started working to earn more pocket money and my grades steeply declined. My parents found out and got terribly mad. They paid for me to study hard, not to work and neglect my studies.<br><br>Para 4: (3rd occasion: sudden change in subject combination) I decided to drop out of the current subject combination that I took and suddenly changed to something that was totally new to me. My parents and teachers were confused and did not like the fact that I was changing my subject combination which I was doing well in.<br><br>Para 5: (Conclusion)<br>Communication is the key.
