can also consider about the type of worker and how the pay will be like. is it he do job then we pay one lump sum. or pay based on short term contract.

We can also consider how to engage the manpower via the app where he prefers to negotiate first rather than a button. so hence a negotiation feature would be good

Lets say if there are any issues with lets say the workers or the company lets say

the company that i am lending from. can it be trusted? if there are any issues can the platform assist me lets say when i lodge a report isit able to review and investigate.

and also lets say i am not happy with a part timer, is there a way to renegotiate via the platform

If we can discuss a good price and if they’re willing to learn, improve on their skillset and of course have the experience, then I'd be more than happy to accept them. 

Receptive to transfer employees to other SMEs: I’m receptive to it. I would want my employees to explore the nature of work that they like and get outside of their comfort zones. Right now, we’re in need of manpower so it would be quite difficult to lend out any.

But we also need to take note whether the company is trustable or not. The platform has to verify them well before I would want to lend out my employees on a short-term basis.
