Loved it! I'm still not fully convinced that using AI will always (or even mostly) save me time, but I'm getting better at it. Seems like there is quite the learning curve to writing good prompts!

excellent resources shared today! I didn't know about the image generators we had access to. The practice with prompts was very helpful - FLUF. I would love to one day have access to the Adobe suite of applications.

There's been Jamboard but it went away. :D All these great programs are out there, but it's scary if they go away so did your hard work. I wish to see some AI tools for voice/recordings.

I loved hearing about AI tools like Gamma and more features in Canva. I also appreciated a framework for assessing the quality of generated output!

I used more than a single prompt...Dialing the prompts in with more in succession…I previously have just been doing some examples in class. I also did not realize that a new generation, even though this might have been discussed, occurs with each prompt.

While some of the answers are generic, asking for greater specificity in each one got me some great responses.

I had a great time with image generation…I was trying to get an MC Escher style staircase picture…with handrails. The AI could not compute. I tried in firefly, copilot, and navigator, and copilot did the best, sorta…but this was interesting to me…and impressive on how it consistently presented challenges to the image generators

I enjoyed exploring new AI tools. Images generated were often appropriate, except when I asked them to add foreign language (signage, etc.). I generated discussion questions for an article, but am not sure that they are better than what I would write on my own. Reprompting for every article to arrive at specific questions is not feasible.

Learning how to generate presentations by using AI tools. Useful for brainstorming. But I feel the presentation generated by AI needs to be modified for the class materials.

Q. I'm a postdoc researcher and don't have classes yet. Can I get the certificate to prove I attended this course?
