         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that children do not question the rules or laws set in place around them because in their early childhood the rules had been enforced my a loving and caring athourity figure. i. e. Parents.  And because of this children are unable to think that the new athoirty figure might not always be 100% looking out for their well being.</div>]]></description>
