Ha-Joon Chang argues that the international development policy which is recommended for the developing countries may not be helpful for them. Bhagwati is a supporter of globalisation. His work is very influential when you re ad it. It can be seen clearly how anti-capitalists and anti-globalizers are speculating and simply lying when they assume that ‘economic globalization harms, not advances’ and ‘globalisation needs a human face’. However, Bhagwati also mentions that globalisation is good but not good enough.
