I think the idea of putting the power in their hands when there is conflict you ask them what they think should be done to make things right (great idea!)
I love the idea of solving conflict in a restorative circle where everybody feels safe and comfortable to share their side of the story.
Using the circle to teach and heal...I am interested in doing something related to this for my final project/presentation.
