There are certain teachers that have been incredibly successful with many aspects of Canvas. Others like me have worked hard, have been willing, but have had major bumps in the road. I would be so grateful if we had paid grade level colleagues that would be available to come alongside others to troubleshoot, design and encourage. The problem, as I have experienced it, has been colleagues are so busy with their own Canvas content and other teaching responsibilities that there is very little time to help each other. I've used the Canvas hotline in the past, but it extremely hard to talk to anyone...long wait times.
