To be honest, I feel so blissful when I heard this beautiful song. As the name of this song is conceivably taken from French pronunciation, which significantly add much more romantic and touching elements into this song. Its melody is though a little bit hypnotic since this female singer got a so sweet voice as she performed within the video. The whole song sounds really charming like a coquettish French young girl whispering on your ear sides.

I should say that this song is exactly the cup of my tea :-3
Since I am invariably attracted by some light or soul music like etc. This song got a same attractive melody , and its lyrics seems to be quite simple but which is also catchy and layered. As the lyrics mentioned that it is a song describing a beautiful love story between a young couples. The comfortable sounds as well as its simple whispers

"When you press me to your heart,I'm in a world apart.A world where roses bloom",

which clearly shows us a brilliant scene like two young lovers kissing each other under a wall of roses in mid summer time.

As the lyrics said, " the world where roses bloom." Just like a paradise fulfilled by love and sweet, that is exactly what those people who are falling in love would think about.

From my perspective, this song is describing a love story between two young lovers. Since they are deeply crushed into each other, they think there would definitely be a paradise once they get along with their partner.
