Looking back: Through your looking back stories, I came to understand why to be included is one of your top needs and I share similar sentiment with you. I am also very inspired by what you have achieved and encouraged by your actions. On a different note, I think you have the power to make people around you feel calm. This is such a precious strength that will help you go far in relationship building. 

Leadership qualities: I see you as a leader who is excellent at problem solving and can fully leverage your analytical strength. You are always very calm - when there are challenges faced by the team, you will be the calming force to influence your team members.

Looking Back: I was super shocked by your looking back stories. Before this class, I thought you were positive and passionate about things you love, cocktail making and EDM. I appreciated your vulnerability in sharing the story, and inspired by how you grow into a positive person today. I believe you will conquer any coming challenge in your life.

Looking Back Exercise: Your looking back exercise was poignant but also impressive! You are someone who has worked hard to achieve your ambitions and have overcome great odds. You have learned from overcoming those obstacles and have become a stronger person because of them. Having done it so many times already, I am confident that you will achieve whatever you set your mind to! 

 

Leadership Qualities: I see you as a leader who brings your whole self to the table. You are someone who has elegant and creative solutions, is not afraid to get personal, and will infuse humor and positivity into interactions. I can see you bring that with you as you inspire teams.  

 

Friendship Qualities: I see you as a friend that will be there for people when they need you but will not intrude into their lives unless they ask. You are someone who likes to surprise and delight your friends and acquaintances.

 

Travel Destination: Jackson Hole, USA. Jackson Hole is a mountain town where you can choose to participate in any of the activities offered but can also find solace with the endless free space and access to mountains and national parks if you so desire. I get a similar vibe from you that depending on your mood, you can either impress people with your flair for creating creative cocktails or you can strike out to do your own thing. 

 

Looking back: I cannot imagine how much courage you came to have after going through the hardships of learning English and being bullied, and now at a point where you are comfortable sharing the past with others. I admire the strong inner side hidden underneath your soft and approachable impression.

 

Leadership qualities: I see you as a curious and caring leader. I could see you have a passion for learning, and you stay curious to learn new things. As a leader, you will always look for ways to learn and grow. Your caring personality will make others feel comfortable around you and you will make sure that everyone is on the same page, not falling behind. I could see this side of you through your vision sharing exercise when you mentioned you want to live lots of rescued animals.

 

Friendship qualities: I see you as a friend who likes to spend chill Sunday afternoon together with a small group of friends. You like to make your friends feel comfortable (with your cocktails!) and appreciate the people around you.

 

Personal color: Beige. The color was warmth to it and goes along with many other colors – just like you!

 

Looking back: I was extremely inspired by the story of your tutor. It made me think about the huge impact one person can have – especially if they really believe and invest in you. I appreciated the vulnerability and candor you showed while sharing that story with us. 

 

Leadership qualities: I think people will be inspired by your own self-awareness and your supportiveness to help others overcome their own weaknesses / develop their own strengths.
