         <description><![CDATA[<div>In <a href="https://www.rogerebert.com/reviews/the-avengers-2012">Roger Ebert's review of the film for <em>The Chicago Sun-Times</em></a>, one thing that stood out to him was how Hawkeye and Black Widow couldn't be seen as superheroes because they lack superpowers, yet they both put up an excellent fight against the Chitauri, with Hawkeye's arrows and Black Widow's martial arts.  <br>The film works when it reaffirms to audiences that you don't always need powers to be a superhero.</div>]]></description>

Aside from that, he said it was awful when they depicted the Hulk as dumb and as his usual, always angry self. This shows that the Avengers is popular due to its fight scenes between the heroes and villains, but unpopular when it shows no character development for classics like the Hulk.</div>]]></description>
