Individual Student Rewards

Students in order to get Pom Poms need to show positive behavior, kindness, and overall great work. During the day, Ms. Gaines will continue to look for positive behavior. When I see positive behavior and work, I will reward students with 1 Dojo point. This is so you and your parents can always know how many points you have. At the end of each day, Ms. Gaines will put Pom-Pom in each students bucket. 1 Dojo point= 1 Pom-Pom. The goal is to be a bucket filler. At the end of each week, students can decide if they want to spend their Pom-Poms or save them. Once a student's bucket fills up, they have to spend their Pom-Poms and their Pom-Poms in the bucket starts over.

Whole Class Rewards

Each time the class as a whole is going above and beyond in positive behavior and work, Ms. Gaines will reward the class with a gold star in the Be a Bucket Filler Reward Jar. Once the reward jar is filled with gold stars, the class as a whole can choose the reward. Then the stars in the jar start over.
