         <description><![CDATA[<div>They are 25-30cm long tubes that exit the kidney through the hilum and run down into the urinary bladder. The walls of the ureters have smooth muscles that help propel the urine forward from the kidneys into the urinary bladder. Sometimes a kidney stone from the kidneys may get stuck between the ureters and block the flow of urine. This also causes a sharp cramp or pain known as renal colic in back side or the lower abdomen.</div>]]></description>

         <title>BLADDER</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is a hollow organ present in the pelvis. The wall is muscular and has a stretchy structure. A typical bladder can hold between 300 to 500 milliliters of urine before the need to urinate. The urine enters the bladders through the two ureters and exits through the urethra. The bladder has two parts: the body and the neck. The neck makes sure that you don't leak urine all the time because of its smooth muscles which remains contracted, and keeps the opening of the bladder closed. Whenever we have to  urinate, the smooth muscles relax the neck of the bladder and allows the urine to pass to the urethra. The smooth muscles is called a sphincter. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The internal structure of the kidney is divided into two portions: The Renal Cortex and The Renal Medulla. The renal cortex is the outer region of the kidney, while the renal medulla consists of 12-15 cone-shaped structures known as the medullary pyramids. The blood enters the kidney through the renal artery, which branches off to the cortex area and divide up into smaller branches called capillaries. This is also where there are the most nephrons: the main structure that filters the blood known as the Bowman's capsule. Water and waste metabolic products filtered by nephrons enters the medulla of the kidney through collecting ducts. These ducts then drain the waste products and water into the central part of the kidney known as the renal calyx. They receive the urine from each of the medullary pyramids and drains them to the ureter. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Urethra is another hollow tube-like structure that help propel urine out of the body. It is longer in men than females, as it needs to traverse the length of the male penis. For the same reason, it differs in size from men to women. It has a length of about 4cm in females and a length of about 20cm in men. This is why women have more urinary tract infections than men.  </div>]]></description>
