-Led by Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. 
-They control the land in western Iraq and eastern Syria.
-They have allegiance from many different radical Islamic groups around the world from Afghanistan to Nigeria. 
-They have regulated slavery and rape (particularly to the followers of the Yazidi religion who they consider as devil believers).
-Has two main goals
- The first is to spread their religion throughout the region and, ultimately, the world. 
- The second is to polarize Muslims against one another,  and to turn the West against Islam.
-Isis is known for killing dozens of people at a time and carrying out public executions.
-Isis uses modern tools like social media to their idea. 
-In 2014, Isis controlled more than 34,000 square miles in Syria and Iraq, from the Mediterranean coast to south of Baghdad.
- Currently, Isis is believed to be holding 3,500 people as slaves.
-Isis has killed 4,406 people so far.

- Not only Jews were targets and victims of the Holocaust
- Jews, homosexuals, gypsies, people with mental and physical disabilities, Jehovah’s Witnesses, and many more were classified as non-Aryans
- All non-Aryans were considered vermin and stripped of all their basic rights
- After relocating the non-Aryans Hitler came up with what would be the Final Solution
- Final Solution was to exterminate all non-Aryans
- 6 million people were killed
- Killed by gas chambers, shot, worked to death, disease, etc.
