-When we synthesize, we pull together the most important points from our reading, but we move beyond what’s stated by the author. We focus on the insights that we gained from reading. We notice how our thinking changes as we read, so that when we finish, we can put our thinking and learning together in new ways and form a new understanding of the reading in which strengthens our background knowledge or schemata of the topic.

1. We conclude that the wife does not like her husband for wanting everything to be perfect as she said to her husband that he need a year to complete a chore.
2. We conclude that the drunk men was hired by the wife to murder her husband or as a helper for her to complete the murder as she envied the life of a butterfly.
3. We conclude that the husband cannot fulfill his wife's desires as he is unable to and from the statement that stated his wife was fed up with him (probably the reason of his murder).
4. We conclude that the husband tried to make his wife happy by communication from the statement, 'his sweet talk on any given day always ended in a tiff'.
