The appearance of the of the lava cake looks now especially the inner when we cut, the chocolate melt naturally like we expected. While the kebab is crispy brown which shows the chicken is cooked nicely.
2 texture. 
The lava cake is fluffy on the outside but the chocolate deliciously melt on the inside. The chicken of the kebab is soft and it is marinated nicely.
3.Aroma.
The smell of the of the lava cake is strong due to the chocolate chips being added inside. The kebab smell smoky due to the marination process which allows the spices to be absorbs into the chicken. 
4.flavour.
The lava cake tastes 
soft on the outside and melting in the inside. The Kebab has a juicy taste which and also a smoky taste as the grilling brings out the delicious smell and taste.
5.Area of improvement. 
The process of mixing and stiring the ingredients. Should make it fast and spent more time on others that just taking my own sweet time mixing.

Lava Cake looks like chocolate bread and flatten. When the Lava Cake is cut open, the chocolate inside oozes out. Kebab looks a bit burn and raw. 
Texture: 
Lava Cake is soft like bread and moist. The kebab's chicken is soft and the capsicum is hard. 
Taste: 
Lava cake has a bread like taste which is soft, the chocolate inside taste delicious with the outside. The kebab's chicken is soft, juicy and easy chew. It does not have the raw or burn taste even though it looks a bit raw and burn.
Aroma: 
Lava Cake smells like the cupcakes from bakeries that were just out of the oven. Kabeb smells like bbq food.

Area of improvement: Chop the meat faster and in correct sizes. Washing the utensils faster instead of taking my own sweet time. Chicken Kebab-Brownish and the chicken looks cooked. The capsicum is is also a little brown and shiny.
Lava Cake-It looks cooked and when it is cut open, chocolate oozes out of the cake. This shows that the lava cake was cooked properly.
Taste:Chicken Kebab- The chicken kebab is juicy and a little sweet which makes it enjoyable
Lava Cake- It tastes like it is rich in chocolate and it is very sweet and delicious
4.Texture: Lava cake- smooth and thick chocolate on the inside.
Chicken kebab-Soft and oily. The capsicum  is smooth and soft.
5.Aroma- Lava cake- Smells like cocoa powder.
