However as a result of his knowledge being an excellent impressionist artist, he migrated to another nation and was welcomed there. In this situation the knowledge Vincent Van Gogh had about art was different from the traditional way of learning arts here the ration basis was negative, making the experts believe he isnt good enough leading them to have a strong belief bias against him.
