Second, when teens drive they usually just go to a friend's house. just go to a friend's house, not causing problems on the road.Finally, allowing teens to drive provides them with an education and responsibility. If they have to wait until they are 17 or 18, they remain dependent on parents practically until they ready to go off to college, join the military or take a civilian job.
