The deepest connection exists between us, a connection not anchored in blood, but in the purest love. This  interviewing process strengthened our bond, despite the physical distance we were required to maintain. We shared our vulnerabilities, we let the grief overwhelm us, we realized our humanity. And through it all, we found the blessings.
