         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sikkim is a hilly state endowed with heavy rainfall. The rain in this state starts from the month of April and continues till October. The heavy rains during summers causes tremendous erosion making the buildings including schools vulnerable and in winters significant scarcity of water. Both this have odd impacts in the facilities and environment and risk to students. </div>]]></description>

The slope causes high velocity of runoff and limited time for infiltration (soil moisture conservation). It may be roof tops or any other areas outside the school campus.The flow line taken up by the runoff. Explain the extent of deepening of flow lines. The areas that are mostly littered and identify reason for littering. What kind of litters are generally found in the schools may be listed. Classification in terms of degradable and non degradable. Over all draw a map of the school campus showing the areas. </div>]]></description>

Whether pipes can be used to drain away the water safely. What are appropriate location of outlets. Planning plantation to secure soil.  Scope for storing water for the purpose of irrigation during non rainy season. Planning garbage disposal and utilizing waste to best. Planning small flower garden in school campus to improve the surroundings.</div>]]></description>
