         <description><![CDATA[<div>I feel like this is a horrible Diet to try out, and should not be attempted. It is very unhealthy and not sustainable which makes it an awful Diet. Cabbage soup is very gross and wouldn't be able to be consumed to much. It lacks a lot of vitamins and minerals and protein which are important for the human body. This is a very quick weight lose which means you'll most likely gain all the weight back if not more and won't end in a good way. All in all the Diet is unhealthy and not safe and not sustainable and shouldn't be tried.</div>]]></description>
