Loaded Dice is when one side of the dice are weighed so that they always land on that specific number set, for example they might be weighed for a 3 on one die and a 4 on the other so you can only get 7. Most of the time the user will use a cup so it's easier to switch back and forth between regular dice and loaded dice, the cup also helps make the throw seem more even or fair.

The worlds best hooker is about when a con artist acts as a pimp looking for guys that want to do things with a woman. Then the con artist gets him interested he tells him he must pay commission, then the con artist tells he or she to go into the room and it locks when the person gets into the room and some of the con artists accomplices beat up and take everything from the guy or girl. The person getting mugged is less likely to call the cops because they would have to explain why they were there.

Carnivals
Balloon Popping (aka. Carnival dart throw)

Its the game where you have the balloons, taped or pinned on the wall in some way, and you pay an amount of money for usually 3 throws. The idea here is that when you pop one of the balloons it is supposed to have a slip on the inside that tells you the prize you get. But the Issue or the scam here is that the person running the stand will do a few of 4 things, 1 dulls the tips of the darts with rocks causing them to bounce off the balloons, 2. Does not fully inflate the balloons thus making them unable to be popped, 3. All of the slips in the balloons are for bad or no prizes, or 4. they will put the balloon up in a way that when you hit anyone but the center of the balloon it just spins in circles. Running this scam for them is as easy as running the game. If they get busted, even if the police confiscate all of their equipment this scam is unbelievably easy to set up all you need its some "fake prizes", Balloons, and darts. With 5 dollars for 3 darts, you can think of how much money they can quickly make then dart out when they reach an amount they like.

Needle drop scam (carnival)

The runner draws a series of vertical parallel lines each line is exactly 2.5 cm apart and the length of the paper, The victim has to drop a toothpick, or needle exactly in-between the lines and has to be completely on the paper. If it is not he can throw again. To win the object dropped must not touch the line in any way. The victim has a 3.14 to 2 chance of hitting a line so the odds are well in his favor, to keep the victim interested the needle must land close to the line so they feel skill or practice will allow them to win. But it must also land far enough away to seem random, the con artist must avoid a skillful throw. But the main scam here is that you will bet on everytime as it can be run as a bar bet to a carnival game. But as the distance between the line is shorter than the needle it is a 3.14 to 2 chance of getting into the line so basically impossible for the victim and since it seems as a skill game really no risk for the con artist. A similar scam known as the coin drop runs off of basically the same rules and same setup.

Once inside, the con man finds himself a nice secluded side entrance, away from any ushers and most of all security.
At the same time, the other con artist heads around to any ticket booth or main entrance where people are paying big bucks to get in. He finds groups of like minded patrons and offers them cheap entrance at the side door. They head to the other side, pay the other con artist a far reduced price and he lets them in the side door.

Most of the time the scam is done with the knowledge of the people and staff at the event.
